Terms of Sale: Ebooks and Coaching

These Terms of Sale apply to ebooks, downloadable workbooks, digital resources, and coaching purchased from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the product description and price shown at checkout. If a product page or a separate written coaching agreement states a specific term for that product, that specific term controls where it differs from these general terms.
1. Who may purchase
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to make a purchase. Our dating content and coaching are intended for adults. You agree to provide accurate purchase and contact information and to use our products lawfully and respectfully.
2. What you are buying
An ebook or workbook purchase provides access to the digital item identified at checkout, in the format described there. It does not include personal coaching, future editions, lifetime updates, or other products unless the offer expressly says so. Coaching includes only the sessions, duration, access period, and other services stated on the applicable checkout page or written offer. We may update or discontinue an offer for future customers, but changes will not reduce services you already purchased.
3. Prices, payment, and delivery
The full price, any applicable taxes, and whether a purchase is one-time or recurring will be shown before you pay. Payment is due at checkout. Digital products are normally delivered by a download link, email, or account access after successful payment. Please enter an email address you can access and check your spam folder. If you are charged but do not receive access, contact [support email address] with your order number; we will make reasonable efforts to provide the item or resolve the problem.
We may use a third-party payment processor. Your payment to us is subject to that processor’s applicable payment terms. A receipt or order confirmation is not a promise of any specific personal, dating, business, or financial result.
4. Digital product sales are final
Because ebooks and other downloadable products can be accessed or copied immediately, all digital product sales are final once access is provided. We do not offer refunds or exchanges because you changed your mind, did not use the product, or did not achieve a hoped-for result. This policy does not limit any refund, remedy, or chargeback right that applicable law gives you. If you were charged twice, did not receive access, or believe the item was materially different from its description, contact [support email address] so we can investigate and correct the issue where appropriate.

5. Coaching bookings, changes, and refunds
Coaching is a service separate from an ebook purchase. Unless a particular offer states otherwise, coaching fees are nonrefundable after a session has been delivered. For a booked session, you may request one reschedule by contacting [support email address] at least 24 hours before the scheduled start, subject to availability. A late cancellation or failure to attend may count as a completed session. If we cancel a session, we will offer a reasonable rescheduled time or refund the undelivered session if rescheduling does not work.
For any prepaid package, the checkout page or written coaching agreement should state the number and length of sessions and the period in which they must be used. If we cannot provide a paid, undelivered service, we will offer a substitute you agree to or an appropriate refund. Any rights required by applicable law still apply.
6. Recurring coaching, if selected
This section applies only if the checkout clearly identifies your coaching plan as a recurring subscription. The checkout will state the amount, billing frequency, what is included each billing period, and how to cancel. By subscribing, you authorize the stated recurring charge until you cancel. You can cancel future renewals by [insert actual self-service cancellation path] or by emailing [support email address]. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next charge; cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily leaves access through the paid period. We do not prorate an already-started billing period unless the offer says otherwise or applicable law requires it. We will give any required notice and obtain any required consent before changing a recurring price or material billing term.

7. Personal-use license; no redistribution
When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download and use it for your own personal purposes. We and our licensors retain ownership of the content and its intellectual property rights. You may not sell, share, upload, forward, sublicense, reproduce for others, post in a group or file-sharing service, or use the product to create a competing product. You may make reasonable personal-use copies for your own devices. Written permission from us is required for any broader use. We may suspend access for a material violation of this license, subject to applicable law.
8. Educational content and coaching boundaries
Our dating, confidence, content creation, and social media materials are educational. Coaching offers guidance and feedback based on the agreed scope; it is not therapy, medical or mental health care, legal advice, or a matchmaking service. We do not guarantee a date, relationship, follower count, revenue, or any other outcome. Your decisions, conduct, and results remain your responsibility. Seek a qualified professional for needs outside the coaching scope or for serious distress.
Our guidance does not authorize harassment, pressure, deception, discrimination, or disregard for another person’s consent or boundaries. We may end a coaching session or service for threatening, abusive, or persistently inappropriate conduct; any refund for undelivered services will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.
9. Privacy and use of your materials
Please do not send sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the service. We will handle information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy at [insert Privacy Policy URL]. Coaching conversations are intended to be private, but absolute confidentiality is not promised where disclosure is required by law, needed to address an imminent safety concern, or necessary to operate the service using providers disclosed in the Privacy Policy. Neither party may record a coaching session without the other’s prior consent. We will not use your name, image, messages, or results as a testimonial without your permission.
10. Email updates and offers
When you provide your email address through a form that clearly offers email updates, or separately choose to subscribe at checkout, you agree that we may email you educational content, new ebook and coaching announcements, updates, promotions, and special offers from Dafne Ariana. Signing up is optional and is not required to buy an ebook or book coaching. We may also send order receipts, download links, appointment details, and other service-related messages needed to fulfill a purchase.
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in one of those emails or by contacting [support email address]. We will honor opt-out requests as required by law. Unsubscribing from marketing will not stop necessary messages about an order or active coaching service. We do not treat the mere act of buying a product or entering an email address for delivery as consent to marketing emails unless the choice to receive them was clearly presented. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use email addresses and service providers. This section does not authorize promotional text messages or phone calls.
11. Technical issues and third-party services
You are responsible for a compatible device, internet access, and a working email address. If a file is corrupted or a download link fails, contact us and we will provide a working copy or another reasonable solution. Coaching may use third-party video, scheduling, and payment services; temporary interruptions may require rescheduling. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience, and their own terms and policies may apply.
12. Problems, disputes, and legal rights
For an order, access, billing, or coaching concern, email [support email address] with the order number and a description of the issue. We will review it and respond within a reasonable time. Contacting us first often resolves mistakes quickly, but nothing in these terms takes away a right to contact your payment provider, file a chargeback, or use any other remedy available under law. We may provide the payment processor with relevant order, delivery, policy-acceptance, and service records when responding to a dispute.
To the extent permitted by law, we provide the content and services without a guarantee of a particular result, and our liability for claims arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid us for that purchase. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited. Nothing in these terms waives nonwaivable consumer rights.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
